Ceramic & Glass Décor (Fragile Items)

Ceramic and glass décor items are carefully packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Customers are required to:

  • Inspect fragile items immediately upon delivery

  • Report any damage within 48 hours of receipt, including clear photos of the item and packaging

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Clothes

Items are packaged to maintain hygiene and quality.
Please ensure packaging remains intact if a return may be required.

Shipping Fees
