Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In original packaging

  • With tags attached where applicable

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Product-Specific Return Conditions

Home Décor and Kitchen tools (Ceramic & Glass Items)

Due to the fragile nature of ceramic and glass products:

  • Items must be returned unused and securely packaged

  • Any damage caused by improper handling or use after delivery is not eligible for return

  • Breakage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the item and packaging

Women´s Clothes 

 Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • With original tags and hygiene liners intact (if applicable)

Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear or use.

Dropshipping Notice

ÉléganciaHub works with international suppliers.
As a result:

  • Return addresses may vary by product

  • Customers must follow the return instructions provided by our support team

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused

Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

You must contact us within:

  • 48 hours for ceramic or glass items

  • 7 days for clothes

Please include photos and your order number so we can assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care or hygiene-related items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

Used, washed, altered, or damaged items (not caused during shipping) cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

  • Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at info@eleganciahub.com.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

United States, Saudi Arabia (SA), and United Arab Emirates (UAE)

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection regulations in the United States, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
